Providing fee information

Child care providers can help families to choose a service that best meets their needs by submitting their fees and other service details on this website. This information may also assist in promoting your service to potential clients.

The Online Fee Form below can be used for child care providers to register or update their fee and service information at any time.

Please review your information regularly to ensure the information is kept current. When your fees are 12 months old, you may be contacted to submit a new form. Fee information that is more than 18 months old may be removed from the website.

Should you have any problems completing the form please phone the Mychild Hotline on 13 36 84.

Checking your location on the map

The service details page includes a map which shows where your service is located according to the address details you have provided to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. To change the location of the map marker either follow the link at the bottom of the map or within the Online Fee Form.

Please note: if you have had a change of address you must contact the CCMS Helpdesk by calling 1300 667 276 between 8:00am – 6:00pm AEST Monday to Friday, or alternatively email them at ccmshelpdesk@deewr.gov.au.

Providing vacancy information

Child care providers are required to provide anticipated vacancy information to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations for each week of the year in which the service operates.
