Family Day Care is a network of caregivers who provide care and developmental activities in their homes for other people's children.

Hourly fee – The hourly fee is based on care per hour and may include other items or services in the fee.

Weekly fee – The weekly fee is based on care per child from Monday to Friday and may include other items or services in the fee.

Full Day, Half Day, Preschool, Before School Care and After School Care Fee – The fee services offered and may include other items or services in the fee. For example 7:30 am to 9:00 am for Before School Care or 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for Preschool.

  • Excursions / Incursions Service – Outings or visitors attending the centre enrich the children’s experience.
  • Additional Activities – Activities in addition to the National Quality Framework, Approved Learning Framework such as dance classes.

Additional Service Information

Registered Educators with Central West Family Day Care set their own individual hourly rates. Some have inclusions such as excursions transport and meals. The Scheme charges an Administration Levy of $0.80 per hour per child on top of the Educators hourly rate.
